Before being placed with a tutor, each student is individually assessed by an academic evaluator in order to determine his or her needs. This session is provided for free by IQ Tutoring in order to make ideal student-tutor matches and in addition make recommendations on frequency and duration of tutoring sessions. The majority of our students employ a tutor for two hours weekly for each subject he or she needs help with, though the number of hours often increases during final exam periods.
